Production Introduction The high-grade water based ink is formulated with nanoscale organic (inorganic) pigment or dye, imported special aqueous acrylic emulsion and related additives by certain physical and chemical processes; non-VOC emission, odorless, non-toxic; non flammable, non explosive, OHS safe; bright color and high color strength, clear color transition, excellent adhesion on substrates after printing; main application on baby diaper, urine pad, cross-stitch grid fabric etc , it has function of wetness indicator that the printing color will disappear when contacting water or urine, such as diaper wetness indicator. Product Features 1. Stable ability, Long storage time (sealed for more than 1 year). 2. High solid content; High color chroma; Low viscosity; Excellent liquidity; ink saving; good for rotogravure high-speed printing. 3. Excellent adhesion and rub resistance. 4. Excellent color strength; High gloss and color consistence. 5. Fine particle size, homogeneous distribution; Fast drying; Excellent leveling; it has function of wetness indicator that the printing color will disappear when contacting water or urine. Suitable Application It’s suitable for cast film, perforated film, and breathable film of PE (Such as: Baby diaper ); garment fabric, graffiti pen, cross-stitch grid fabric, Humidity Indicator Card.
