Production Introduction The high-grade water based ink is formulated with nanoscale organic (inorganic) pigment, imported special aqueous acrylic emulsion and related additives by certain physical and chemical processes; low VOC, odorless, non-toxic, non flammable, non-explosive, OHS safe, good printability, conforms to cigarette package VOC standards; good wettability and dispersibility to pigments, specially used on middle or high speed rotogravure multicolor overprint for cigarette inner liners paper. B. Product Features 1. Color pure, transparent, bright, no smell; 2. Excellent solubility, overprint ability, leveling and rotogravure printability. 3. Excellent abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, water resistance. 4. Low VOC emission; No heavy metals; Non-toxic; Non flammable; No security risks; conform to the standard of food hygiene, the cigarette industry and environmental regulations; 5.Eliminating hazards of toxic gas in the production environment on human health and bad smell, make the environmental health and air fresh; 6.Excellent drying ,Good print ability.
