High modulus Specification: Fiber spec.: 300/600/1200/2400/4800tex Filament diameter: 14-24μm Remark: the spec. also can be customized according to customer's request Product Description: E-CR glass is an improved boron-free glass for the production of glass fibers with good acid and water resistance, the water resistance is improved 7 to 8 times higher than E-glass, acid resistance is also excellent than c-glass fiber, and is new varieties designed for underground pipes, tanks and other development. Main performance of ECR glass fiber roving: * CFC-free and boron-free, good environmental protection for production. * Excellent acid resistance, water resistance, resistance to stress corrosion and short-time alkali resistance, particularly under stress conditions, advantage of Corrosion resistance is more obvious. * Mechanical properties are improved by10-15% * Good temperature resistance, softening point is about 50 °C higher than E glass. * Surface resistance is big, having advantage in terms of resistance to high voltage.
