Headquartered in Fuan, Fujian, China, Fujian Huahai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd is a leading global offshore marine group specializing in the building of Offshore Support Vessels ("OSVs"). Our Group is also one of the top regional OSV shipbuilders.
Since the humble beginnings in 1978 building only fishing vessels, to date the Group owns and operates one of the most famous shipbuilding yards for Offshore Support Vessels in China. Our Group focuses on the construction and engineering of complex, sophisticated, environmentally friendly and quality OSVs that are equipped with the latest technology for use in the offshore oil and gas exploration and production ("E&P") and oil services industries including safety standby vessels (SSVs), anchor handling tug supply ("AHTS") vessels, accommodation barges and multi-purpose accommodation workboats.
Fujian Huahai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd has established a strong reputation in China, the South-East Asian region, the Middle East and United States for our expertise and track record in constructing OSVs for customers who consist primarily of ship owners and marine services operators. Our Group’s strong project execution and commitment to meet delivery within budget and on schedule speak volumes about our capability and thus has built and crafted strong and trusted relationships with major customers.
Our Group has an experienced and dedicated management team led by Executive Chairman Mr. Zhang Nai Xian, who has more than 30 years of experience in the shipbuilding industry. He is well supported by Chief Executive Officer Mr. Jack Zhang, who has 15 years of shipbuilding, sales and management expertise. A team of dedicated executive officers and other key management personnel also work closely together to consolidate our wealth of experience and expertise to strengthen the Group’s competitive edge.
