Lingshou aoqi non-metallic mineral material factory was founded in June, 1985. It covers 20000 square meters, it’s an enterprise integrates mining, mineral separation, mineral processing and marketing. We are the first to adopt mica and vermiculite flow production line in Hebei province in China, we also have advanced processing and inspection equipments. We set up marketing department, purchasing department, finance department, technical development department, we have offices an Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, 89 staffs in all. Our main non-metallic mineral products are mica, vermiculite, tourmaline, barite, perlite, etc. We introduce high technique talents to detect the full process of producing, make sure that all the products are eligible. Our products export to Japan, south Korea, Taiwan, South East Asian, Europe, etc tens of countries and regions, extensively used in construction, ceramic, horticulture, chemical, metallurgy, heat preservation, fire resistance, petroleum, etc.
According to the adjustment of the state administrative policy and the transformation of the automobile friction materials to non-asbestos, our factory introduce advanced technology from Germany and specialized automatic production line of fiber products. The fiber products we manufactured are ideal material which can replace asbestos in friction materials. We have mineral fiber, ceramic fiber, nature cellulose fiber, composite fiber and so on. Brake linings made from our fiber products have many notable features such as braking stably, high temperature properties, little abrasion, low (no)noise and long life. They are very popular in friction materials manufacturers.
On petroleum exploitation auxiliary material, we develop new products such as plugging agent and uniaxial pressure sealing for drilling fluid, they are used well in petroleum drilling.
