Bamboo weave, is Chinese traditional folk manual art. It takes bamboo as weaving material, weaving into all kinds of types handicrafts. This weaving art origins from the New Stone Age, and enjoys a history of 67,000 years. During the proceeding of its formation, the hand-maker saws or hews the bamboo into several sects, then splits them into strips; and then enter into the process of scraping, polishing and cutting into bamboo thread; In the following its weaving procedure, the weaver practices the knitting methods which includes cross-weave, converse “V” weave, circular weave, six-pit-weave, etc.. According to its different functions, these woven bamboo utensils can be divided into three categories, such as daily appliances, collectable items and the screen products, and wall hangings, and are various in color and appearance
