Henan Zhongyuan Special Steel Group CO.,LTD is one of the large key enterprises affiliated to China South Industries Group. Our works have various of producing equipment for steelmaking, forging, machining, heat-treating and inspecting equipment for physical and chemical inspection.
Main Equipment:
Steel making system is equipped with 30t basic electric arc fumances,8t and 20t electroslag remelting furnace ,ASEA-SKF 30t ladle refining furnace imported from Sweden.
Forging system is equipped with the large-scale forging equipment, including SXP-65 1400t rotary forging machine imported from Austria, which is the largest in asia,2200t hydraulic press machine which is re-made by PANKE corporation of Germany,1600t hydraulic press machine,3×7m bogie-hearth furnace.
Machining system is equipped with various kinds of heavy and medium duty machining equipments of 8m,10m,14m and 20m lathes for rough and finished machining,6m,8m,10m,and 11m deep-hole drilling and boring lathes, NC pipe threading lathes, plasma spray welding machine etc.
Heat-treatment system is furnished with 1500t hydraulic straightening machine,20m cover-type resistance annealing furnaces, many sets of 3.6×9m and 3.6×11m bogie-hearth annealing furnaces,20m cover-type resistance quenching and tempering furnace, may sets of ф2.2×12m well-type resistance furnaces, well-type quenching water and oil groove.

Main Products:
The main products manufactured by Henan Zhongyuan Special Steel Group CO.,LTD are quality precision forge materials and forging, mould blocks, series of petroleum drilling tools, autoclaves for synthetic quartz, moulds for ductile iron pipe machine, retained MPM mandrel, corrugate roller, shafts of electric motors, shafts of turbines, metallurgy roller, and piezoelectric quartz autoclaves. The Works is good at the ultra-long ,the complicated and special-shaped forgings. The products were widely used to the industry of vehicle bearing ,tool and die.
