Detailed Description
The model TQ245/20Y is a rugged and heavy weight hydraulic casing tong capable of providing maximum 14800 ft. Lbs of torque. The tong will handle pipes of 4-1/2, 5, 5-1/2, 7, 8-5/8 and 9-5/8 inches. It has the following features:
1) Open type, double swing-headed jaws, convenient to assemble and disassemble;
2) Brake belt assembly, open gear supporting structure, improving the strength and rigidity;
3) Wholly hydraulic mode and mechanical gear shift;
4) With torque gauge, optional torque control system to display, contrl and record the make-up torque.
