Plastic-iron Slide guide Live spindle hydraulic tailstock. 8 stations power tool 6 inches hydraulic chuck Inside sliding door Whole sealing protection design. Rotate operation station. Postposition or preposition chip removal equipment. Positive displacement automatic concentrate lubricate pump This lathe is double coordinate two axis linkage semi-closed loop CNC lathe. The spindle use FANUC high function spindle motor. It can achieves 20~5000r/min speed changed. FANUC high functions serve motor used in vertical and horizontal drive. Use direct connect drive method between each feeding serve motor and high accurate ball screw。It has the features of low noise, accurate position and high accurate reposition. There absolute value coder in the serve motor which assure the non accumulate error, no need memory, no need searching reference point, position info not lose after power cut. This lathe can process complex geometric type, high accurate requirement rotate parts including inside and outside column surface, cone surface, ladder surface, ball surface and other swing surface. Also it can process inside and outside groove, every metric of British unit inside and outside thread. The lathe apply to middle and little quantity parts or single part production. It also applies to complex parts large quantity production.
