Detailed Product Description Fiber Media Converter is transmission signals between 10/100M copper lines and 100M fiber links, effectively extending Ethernet transmission distance from 100m to 120Km. It is primarily used in broadband WAN established by data network operators as Telecast, Netcom, Unicom, or industrial broadband industrial private network of government, finance, oil, police, force, railway, power, transportation, education, etc. Feature · Support 10 Base-T, 100 Base-TX, and 100 Base-FX · Cost-effective copper to fiber media conversion of Fast Ethernet service. · User configurable FE port 10/100Mbps auto-negotiation and auto-MDI/MDIX. · MTU up to 1600 Bytes. · User configurable fiber-to-copper fault pass through. · Available for multimode and single-mode, single-strand and dual-strand, short-distance and long-distance up to 120Km. · Support FiberAlter function. If the receiving fiber signal is loss then it will cut off the transmiting fiber line automatically. · Available with modular and standalone version, modular version is power supplied in FCK14 chassis. · Local managed via SNMP on the FCView system.
