Actual measurements
1. Outer diameter is generally 2.8~3.1mm; no breaches, hard lumps, white spots or embedded foreign matters on the wall; no obvious scratches, scales on the outer surface; Explosive blocking, explosive faults, water and mechanical impurities are allowed inside the tube.
2. Detonation velocity: At 20 °C±10°C, the detonation velocity should be no less than 1600m/s, and the detonation velocity range for the Nonel of the same batch should be not greater than 100m/s .

3. Sensitivity of initiation: In the temperature range of -40°C~50°C, one industrial detonator shall be able to detonate 20 Nonels simultaneously.
4. Tensile properties: At 20°C±5°C environment, conventional Nonel shall be able to withstand the tension of not less than 7kg for at least 1min.
5. Reliability of detonation propagation: At 20°C±10°C, the initiating Nonel shall be able to properly detonate and except the initiating end, no other parts shall be penetrated.
6. Vibration-resistant performance: The Nonel shall be able to detonate properly and the wall should not be penetrated after 5 min vibration on the vibration tester.
7. Folding endurance at low temperature: The Nonel shall not crack or break by opposite folding after storage of at least 1h at -40°C±3°C.
8. Color-changing properties: Obvious changes tube wall color shall occur after detonation propagation of the color-changing Nonel.
