Introduction of Pellet machine : Pellet machine is an original machine for pellet burning ,animalfeeding,etc.This machine is equipped with high quality die and rollers and has advanced technology. For driving system we use double motor V belt, which is of little space occupation, uniform stress,simple structure and easy operation. Users can change motor and die to meet the needs of different production capacities and specs, thereby obtains ideal technology and economy effect. Application of Pellet machine : This machine is designed to process animal feed, sawdust, straw, rice husk, bark, etc into high density pellets which are convenient for storage and transportation. Animal feed pellets are to raise livestock. Biomass pellets are widely used in house warming, power generation by burning. As alternative energy source of non renewable energy, such as, coal, oil, gas etc, pellet is high efficient, clean renewable, saving energy and reducing carbon emissions. Features of Pellet machine: 1. The gears of the gearbox are made of high quality alloy steel. After case hardening, carburizing and grinding processes, the gears obtained advantages like smooth transmission, low noise, high bearing capacity, low temperature rise and long useful life. 2. The main shaft has a heavy duty thrust bearing which has a long useful life and can carry great axial force. 3. It applies long diameter rollers, which makes the machine have a large output, high molding rate, uniform size and high density. 4. Both the roller and the flat die have passed wear resistant process. The two side of the flat die is exchangeable, which extended the useful life of the machine. 5. In order to prevent dust and improve the working environment, all the bears applied leakproof structure. And this also extended the service life of the bearings. 6.
