Introduction: During the processing of cutting, profiling, edging, polishing, ultrasonic cleaning, hardening for glass(mainly thickness 0.4-1.0mm). It will scrape the glass during the immobilization and cutting, so that will increase more labors and cost.OGS protective ink offers protection for glass before processing so that it can increase the yield of glass. Character: grinding fluid resistant for over 6hours(hardness 3H after curing), HF acid resistant for 20min. Suitable for spraying or screen printing, the ink film of surface is even and smooth, well adhesive, high temperature resistant, anti scratch. Operation data: 1, pre treatment: clean up the surface of glass 2. ①screen printing: 77T-120T mesh is recommended. ②spraying: customized viscosity, general percentage is 1:0.7(ink:dilution); thickness after drying is 15-20um. 3,curing: ①Frontal: 60-80℃/3min; UV：1700-2000mj/cm; ②Reverse: 60-80℃/3min; UV：1700-2000mj/cm; 4, CNC processing; 5, Chemical polishing; 6, stripping(our dedicated stripper): soak it into ultrasonic machine with 70℃ for 30-60s; 7, Degreasing(our dedicated stripper):soak it into ultrasonic machine with 60℃ for 30-60s; 　Announcement: 1, Warranty: in the dark and dry room with 25℃, sealed ink can be stored for half year, no light and sunshine. 2, It can be used as original ink, please use our dedicated diluent if you want to adjust the viscosity. Stir it for 3-5min and stew 10min before use. 3, Please clean the surface of material. 4, please wash your eyes with water or soapy water if the ink gets into your eyes, or go to the hospital at once. 5, This ink is inflammable, fire is forbidden in the storage or operation place.
