Detailed Description
Processing: In order to reduce the defective rate and comprehensive process and increase the tenacity, firmness, hardness of traditional black ink. Our R&D department had successfully developed a photosensitive laser ink, take good advantage of photosensitive ability and anti etching ability of this ink to solve this problem. This laser ink is widely used in the etching field of watch, jewelry, glasses, phone cover, etc.
Character: suitable for spraying process, evenly ink film on the surface, no bubble, no pinehole, fast drying, clear laser line, well adhesive, high hardness, high acid resistant etching ability.
Processing: clean the surface of material--spray or screen printing--pre baking--laser--exposure--post baking--etching--stripping
Operation data:
1. Pre treatment: clean up the surface of basic material;
2. Opening: Stir evenly of the curing agent and host with 1:3 for 3-5min, then stewing it for 1-2min; during the processing, you can add our dedicated dilution to adjust the viscosity(1:0.7); if you use other dilution, please do some match test, the maximum can not be over 1 time.
3, Spraying: the thickness of ink film should be 20-30um; Screen printing: use 77T-100T mesh to print.
4, Pre baking: hot wind cycling drying 80℃-90℃， 15-20min
5, Laser the patent;
6, Exposure: 7-9 power;
7, Post baking: 150℃, 30min;
8, etching;
9, Stripping;
Announcement:
1, Storage condition: store the ink into a dry and dark room with temperature below 25℃, seal it well and the warranty could be 6 months, white light and sunshine is not allowed.
2, This ink can be used as original ink, if you want to adjust the adhesion, please use dedicated dilution, stir it for 3-5min before using, stew it for 10min.
3, It has huge influent to the adhesion of the ink if the surface is dirty, so please clean up the surface before coating.
4, If the ink gets into your eyes, please wash it with clean water, soap or just go to the hospital directly.
5, The ink is combustible, please store it away fire.
