Detailed Description
Processing: There will be indentation during the process of immobilization and CNC processing, it will increase a lot of labors and cost, meanwhile, the polishing wheel will make the right angle into “R” angle and influent the quality, if you do deep polishing, it will make the aluminum like “bee hole” and influent the yield. UV water based aluminum protective ink, protects the aluminum after the elaborated product in the front processing, so that reduce the defective rate from 100% to 1‰. This processing is widely used for aluminum phone cover(Nokia, iphone are in use of this ink), digital camera, MP4, laptop metal cover.
Character: alikali grinding fluid resistant; suitable for spraying, evenly film on the surface, no bubble, no pinhole, fast hardening, well adhesive, high temperature resistant, well masking, anti scratch, stripping with warm water.

Operation data
1, Opening: Stir evenly the ink for 5-10min, then stewing it for 3-5min; during the processing, you can add our dedicated dilution to adjust the viscosity; if you use other dilution, please do some match test, the maximum can not be over 1 time.
2. Pre treatment: clean up the surface of basic material
3. Coating: Customized viscosity.
4. Curing condition: If you use spraying coating, please stew it for 1-2min after spraying then go through the UV curing machine; if you use screen printing, please go through UV curing machine directly, the power is 800-1200mj/cm².

6. Stripping: 80-90℃ warm water, 3-5minAnnouncement:
1, please clean up the surface of aluminum, otherwise it will influence the adhesion between the aluminum and ink;
2. Please do not use your hand to touch the ink, otherwise the grease on the hand will influence the performance of ink;
3. If there is any ink off or peeling problem during the processing of aluminum etching, it might be the curing time is not enough, please check the curing power is suitable with the time or not.
4. Hard to strip or strip like powder, it might be that the coating is too thin or over curing;
5. Please seal the unspent ink well after using and put it to the specified place(dark room).
6. Please put the ink in the dark place with the temperature lower than 25℃, seal it well and the warranty will be half a year;
7. Please screen printing with big amount after the QC.
8. This product belongs to dangerous products the fourth series, the second oil series, danger level is the third. Before using the product, please take good care of yourself, neccessary exhaust and fire protection is needed.
