Hastelloy B-3 wire is of high quality and is manufactured ad supplied by Heanjia Super Metals Co. Ltd. The melting point of the wire is 1065-1150o. The wire has excellent resistance to pitting, corrosion, stress-corrosion cracking and has superior thermal stability. Hastelloy B-3 wire has the ability to maintain excellent ductility during transient exposures to intermediate temperatures. These exposures are routinely experienced during heat treatments associated with fabrication. Specification of Hastelloy B-3 Wire:- Diameter of wire - 0.05mm-10.0mm Characteristics of Hastelloy B-3 Wire:- 1. The wire has excellent ductility during transient exposures to intermediate temperatures. 2. The wire has excellent resistance to pitting, corrosion and stress-corrosion cracking. 3. The wire is excellent resistant to knife-line and heat-affected zone attract. 4. The wire is excellent resistant to acetic, formic and phosphoric acids and other non-oxidizing media. 5. The wire is resistant to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures. 6. The thermal stability of the wire B-3 is superior to alloy B-2. Applications of Hastelloy B-3 Wire:- 1.
