Products details Working principle: 1.The vibrating source is also from vibrating motor. 2.There are two motors to be fixed on the both side of screening box(or under the screening box) to corotate by the contrary direction. 3.In the process of rotating,the eccentric blocks of motor will emerge a kind of centrifugal force,which can be transmited to the screening box and make the machine run by linear direction 4.The material on the mesh will be vibrated-forward and screened.By choosing the suitable mesh, the screening target is realized. Advantages: 1.Rubber springs may be used on request of customers 2.Rubber springs considerably reduce running noise,improving working environment of labors 3.Sieve body parts are made of rolling welded steel plate and profiles (part of ligand for the bolt connection), so the overall stiffness is good, solid and reliable 4.Optionally with bottom or top drive unit 5.Adopt the eccentric block vibrator,so it not only can strengthen the vibrating force,also can be adjusted randomly 6.It can install a maximum six sieves,it is recommended to use three sieves 7.Provided with high quality suspension that virtually eliminates transmitted vibrations 8.Vibration develop in the horizontal and in the vertical plane and can be settled in both directions 9.Tightness,and very little dust spilling,also can be enclosed or can be connected with duct collector 10.Low overall height owing to the horizontal arrangement of assemblies.
