Splitter Fiber Distribution Closure is a compact and flexible closure that provides for connections between fiber optic cables and passive optical splitters in the inside Plant. The closure can be mounted to support aerial applications. It offers a robust, user-friendly, and cost effective solution for connecting feeder and distribution cables via optical splitters in FTTP networks and is distinctive for such applications as rural and brownfield deployments. Re-encapsulation Performance: The closures are pressurized up to 100KPa & plusmn; 5KPa in water, immersed in 15 minutes, there are no air bubbles; Or observed for 24 hours, there is no change of air pressureafter three times of repeat encapsulation. Voltage-resistance strength: Under the effect of 15kv/DC/1min, non-puncture, and no arc-over. Mechanical Performance: After all the following tests, the box and all the components inside don't change, check through gently or open it if necessary. When the closures are pressurized up to 60KPa, it can still meet the seal performance standard after the mechanical performance test. Can withstand 1000N horizontal pull force; Can withstand 3000N/10cm vertical pressure; Can withstand 16Nm impact three times; Can withstand 50Nm twist force 10 circling times 10 cycles of ±90° twisting angle.
