Description of flotation machine: Flotation machine is used for processing nonferrous, ferrous metals, and nonmetals such as coal fluorite and talcum. Flotation machine is used for processing nonferrous, ferrous metals, and nonmetals such as coal fluorite and talcum. Driven by the motor via the belt, the rotating impeller in the flotation machine forms negative pressure out of eccentric force. As a result, the flotation machine absorbs enough air to mix the ore pulp, stirs the ore pulp with additives, and narrows the foams so that the ores stick to the foams, float upon the ore pulp and form mineralized foams. Adjust the height of the gate segment, and control the liquid surface to remove all the foams with the rake plate. SF flotation machine can be applied to separate nonferrous metal, ferrous metal, nonmetallic mineral and to recycle useful minerals. Flotation machine has following characters: 1. Large inspiratory capacity and low energy consumption 2. Each slot has the treble function of suction, slurry suction and flotation. The flotation loop is formed automatically without any auxiliary equipment. The equipment is allocated horizontally, which makes the adjustment of the flow convenient. 3. The cycling of slurry is designed in a reasonable way, which can deduct coarse sand sediment furthest. 4. Slurry self- control device is installed to achieve convenient adjustment. 5. Upper and lower blades are installed on the impeller. The upper blade brings upper slurry cycle, the lower brings lower cycle. Features of flotation machine: Constitution of flotation machine: The machine is mainly composed of ore pulp trough, stirring device, air filling device, mineralized foam removing device, motor and so on. 1. Ore pulp trough: It mainly consists of ore pulp feeding outlet, gate segment made of steel plates and round steel for adjustment for the ore pulp surface, and the trough body made of steel plates. 2. Stirring device: It is mainly composed of belt wheel, vertical shaft, and impeller made of abrasive rubber; it is used to stir the ore pulp so as to prevent the ore sand from sedimentation in the trough body. 3. Air fill device: It contains conducting pipe and air conveying pipe. When it works, the rotating impeller causes negative pressure and absorbs air through empty pump pipe, forming foam clusters in the ore pulp. The ore pulp with abundant foams is fast thrown to the stator under the force of the impeller, leading to further shrinkage of the foams and rotation absence of the ore pulp in the flotation trough. As a result, plenty of foam floats go upwards, preparing necessary condition for the flotation process. 4. Mineralized foam removing device: It is mainly composed of speed reducer and scraper plate driven by motor and speed reducer respectively, and used to remove the foams on the surface of the trough with the scraper plate. Working principle of flotation machine: First, add water and necessary additives to the milled ores while milling or after the milling to form ore pulp via the stirring trough. Next, put the ore pulp to the ore pulp trough, and absorb air into the ore pulp to form plenty foams. The ore particles that are difficult to get wet with water, i.e. the so called hydrophobic ore particles, stick to the foams and float upwards to the surface of the ore pulp, forming mineralized foam layer.
