Detailed Description

Inconel 601 wire has superior resistance to high temperature oxidation, it is a general purpose material for operations where heat and corrosion resistance are the basic considerations and to the mineral acids, similar to Inconel 600. Product Feature:- Inconel 601 has good resistance tosodium hydroxide solutions and because of the high nickel content good resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking. As with austenitic stainless steels Inconel 601 can be sensitized to intergranular corrosion in some aggressive media after heating in the temperature range 540 - 760oC. Product Specification/Models Diameter is 0.05mm -10.0mm Application:- 1. Thermal processing equipment -baskets, trays, fixtures, radiant tubes, muffles, retorts, flame shields, wovenwire conveyers, burner nozzles and electrical resistance heating wires. 2. Other applications include thermocouple protection tubes, process heaters, condenser tubes, catalyst supports in nitric acid manufacture, exhaust systems in gasoline engines and combustion chambers, superheater tube supports and ash handling in power generation. The customized wire's specifications are provided as per the requirements of customers.
