1: air duct flexible bellows Application Scope
The product is widely used in thermal power, metallurgy, chemical industry and cement, which has advantages such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, logical structure, simple installation and maintenance.
2: air duct flexible bellows Performance
Desulfurization-based fabric compensator, owning all advantages of general compensators, have features of high strength, high tightness, high corrosion resistance, simple structure, long service life, which can meet various equipments of desulfurization, it has been adopted in national large and medium-sized desulfurization projects, and well appraised.
3: air duct flexible bellows Material
Fabric compensator mainly consists of main body, dust cloth, rustproof metal pipe, pressing flange and air duct flange. According to the difference of compensator for general air duct, compensator for anti-desulfurization, special compensator for fuel gas and oil, and compensator for water and abrasion
flexible bellows installation requirement:
a)Screw down the flange bolt regularly and the tightness of all bolts shall be same as soon as possible .under bad condition, flat pad as well as spring gasket shall be installed to prevent the nut loosening
b)Relevant rubber asbestos pad shall be installed between compensator and matching flange in accordance with the working temperature.
c) In the test, placing screw of compensator shall be appropriately adjust to make it convenient to compensation.
d) In welding connection, the placing screw shall be appropriately loosened to prevent distortion.
e) In welding, covering shall be applied to cover the rubber (fabric)to prevent the damage to product .
