Silicone oil 3305-80% ·Product Description Silicone oil 3305-80% is amino modified polysiloxane elastomer. It can be used for softening finishing of synthetic fiber, natural fiber and their blends, can bring perfect smooth and soft, bulky finishing effect to fabrics. Characteristics and advantage Markedly improve crease resistance, drapability, elastic resistance of fabrics. Excellent finishing effects of soft, smooth and bulky. Little effect on fabric’s color shade. Durable and washable finishing effect on fabric. Can be mixed with cationic water-proofing agent and resin. Basic property Appearance: light blue transparent liquid Ionicity: weak cationic pH Value: 5.5-6.5(1% aqueous solution) Solubility: can be dispersed in water by any ratio Application field 1. Softening finishing of synthetic fibers as polyester, nylon and their blends. 2. Softening finishing of natural fibers as cotton, linen, silk and their blends. Immersion process 1. Add 3-5 part soft water and one part 3305-80% into container, stir to mixed even at normal temperature. 2. Sample, look the appearance, and qualified product is light blue semi-transparent microemulsion(best watched in glass cup). 3. Filtrate(160 mesh stainless net), discharge, pack. Recommended dosage Immersion method: Diluted product of 3305-80%: 1-3% (o.w.f) Dip padding: Diluted product of 3305-80%: 10-30g/L Packing 120kg or 200kg plastic drum. Storage Can be stored for 6 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
