Jindong adopts silica solution foundry technique and advanced making methods to manufacture blade or blade free castings. Product process control adopts stability statistics analysis and modified control methods; product quality control adopts strict inspection system that demands 100% product inspection and advanced inspection method by advanced inspection equipment, such as optical spectrum analyzer to ensure quality and eligible castings.
Jindong supplies post processing, surface polish treatment and products assembly, and forms annual capacity of processing 100,000 pieces and polishing 500,000 pieces.
