Hangzhou Xiaoshan Shuguang Machinery Works is located at the bank of beautiful Qiantang River, Shushan Street Industrial Park in Xiaoshan District, 15km to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, close to Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway, Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway, Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou Expressway and Hangzhou Ring Expressway, with very convenient railway, waterway transportation.
The enterprise is a professional enterprise with long history in designing and manufacturing industrial gearbox, mainly produces SG, ZLYJ, ZSYJ series single screw plastic extruder gearbox, SZ, SZL series twin screw plastic extruder gearbox, GW marine gearbox seriesand main core part of other industrial gearbox. The company provides key part as gear product, etc. to Hangzhou Gear Group Co., Ltd. and Jinan Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. The enterprise establishes product technical development department, and owns over 40 technician experts, senior engineers, professional technicians and construction designers, with powerful technical force and improved product design development capacity, and keeps wide contact with institutions of higher education and professional research institutes.
With the land area of 50,000m2, plant area of 30,000m2, the enterprise owns more than 400 employees. The enterprise has foundry branch, forging branch, thermal treatment branch and three fine processing workshops and assembly production line, with accumulated equipment assets of RMB 100 million. The enterprise owns Germany imported gear grinding machine and domestic first class worm gear grinding machine and more than 40 domestic leading gear grinding machine group and large box processing equipment; with improved gear measurement center and box measurement and testing means and quality guarantee system, and has passed ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification. The advanced gear and box testing equipment of the company include: JA80, JA45 gear measurement center and coordinate measuring machine, etc.
The plastic extruder gearbox produced by the enterprise has been sold to Southeast Asia regions and all over China, and the company has had the productivity of 50,000 units/year. To better return new and old customers and guarantee the innovation capacity of the enterprise, a new round of technical reform project has been launched to keep our products constantly step to a new level.
