Characteristic and Usage: This series of products is addition thermal-conductive liquid silicone rubber consisting of two components. They have excellent electric resistance, moisture resistance, shock proof and heat conductivity. Difficult to poisoning when using, can cure at room temperature or high-temperature. It is widely used for protecting and sealing the cooling electrical and electronic components, and can effectively reduce component operating temperature. The material should be fully stirred before use, component A and component B are mixed according to 1:1(weight or volume) by hand or machine. 2. If the final product is sensitive to air, the rubber need vacuum to debubble after mixing. 3. The viscosity will increase in company with time, and it will be twice after 30 minutes at normal temperature. Package, Storage, Transportation and Attention: 1. Package: 10kg/ Plastic pail, 25kg/Plastic pail 2. Product is non hazard material, store in dry, well ventilated area, under shade, avoid rainwater and direct sun shine. 3. Storage period is 12 months. Stir uniform before using. Product exceeds shelf life may still be useful if meets specification. 4. It can’t contact the vulcanizing agent of the condensation silicone rubber, otherwise the catalyst will cease to be in force and the rubber won’t be vulcanized. Some chemicals including amine, sulfocompound, phosphoric compound and metal salt can lead to that the product won’t be vulcanized.
