Detailed Description
Characteristic and Usage: LYT- 013 is double component, it cures to be high performance gel after crosslinking through the Si-H addition reaction; The elastomer has excellent electric property, good resistance of high low temperature(-40 ~150°C), excellent deep hardening performance and certain adhesiveness. It’s anti-aging, moisture-proofing, waterproofing, and has no corrosion to the bonded material and no pollution to surroundings. It accords with RoHS instructions and related environmental requirement. Apply to solar energy, sensors and cars, high power rectifier module and the electronic components of photoelectric device, integrated circuit and the junction box for the sealing and waterproofing, moisture proofing protection. (Before potting, the surface of parts and the mixing container keep clean and dry, can't contact chemical compounds like N, P, S, Sn, Pb, Hg, As, etc., so as not to affect curing.) e) Vulcanizing: After pouring, put the product in room temperature and let it cure naturally. Or you can choose heat curing method. Package, Storage, Transportation and Attention: 1,2kg/ set (component A 1kg and component B 1kg). This product can be shipped as regular chemical products for its harmlessness. Dry place for 12 months ( room temperature). Some materials, chemical, curing agent, plasticizer can control the gel material’s curing. There are are including: 1 organotin and other metallorganic compound 2 sulphur, polysulfide, polysulfone and other sulfur-containing 3 amine, polyester rubber and other ammoniac 4 phosphorig and other phosphorig-containing 5 acid materials (organic acid) 6 Some flux residues If any doubt that whether some kind of material would restrain the curing, we suggest a experiment test for the suitability before mass production.
