Application:
Using instructions of Addition Cure Liquid Silicone for Life Casting
Mix component A and component B evenly according to the mixing proportion of 1: 1, and can be poured after deair the bubbles. The operating time (5-10) mins depends on the temperature; The curing time is 20-30 mins at the room temperature; And the curing time can be reduced to 10 minutes with the temperature increased to 80~120° C. The operating time of the room temperature quick drying type is less than 20 minutes and the curing time is 0.5 hour. The product can be produced in skin color, yellow, etc. According to the customer's requirements.
Transportation regard as non-hazardous goods, with shelf life of half year, hermetically sealed, with prevention from being in contact with acid, alkaline, and other impurities.

1．Package: Rubber: 10kg/ Plastic pail; Vulcanizing agent: 2kg/ Iron pail.
2．Store in dry, well ventilated area, under shade, avoid rainwater and direct sun shine.
3．Storage period is 6 months. Stir uniform if its viscosity increases before using. Product exceeds shelf life may still be useful if meets specification.
4．These products are non-dangerous goods, but we must pay attention when using avoiding touching curing agent with skin and eyes. Once exposed with skin, clean immediately with detergent and water. If splash into eyes, wash them with flowing water at least 15 minutes and then consult a doctor.

Life casting silicone rubber is platinum-catalyzed silicone rubber, water, impurity, organic tin catalyst, acid, alkaline and other organisms containing sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen will influence the vulcanization of the silicon rubber. So, please do not mix with or touch those substances during using.
