HARBIN ELECTRICAL MEASURING INSTRUMENT CO., LTD (HEMI) is a recognized leading meter manufacturer in China which was founded in 1953. It designed and manufactured the first original piece of China-made kWh meter in 1956 and is honoured as the cradle of Chinese kwh meters.
With more than 2800 skilled employees and 300 professionals are dedicated in R&D for years, it has a total area of 180,000 square meters and been equipped with first-class facilities from Landis Gyr(Switzerland), ABB(Italy).
