Detailed Description

Base Collar Hot-dip galvanized steel. Placed on top of the Base Plates and allows Transoms, Ledgers and Braces to be mounted near the ground. Vertical Standard Hot-dip galvanized steel. Ø 48.3 x 3.2 mm. Equipped with Rosettes in which Transoms, Ledgers and Braces are to be mounted. Each Rosette has eight holes which allows up to eight connections per Rosette. Distance between Rosettes: 50 cm. Horizontal Ledger Hot-dip galvanized steel. Ø 48.3 x 3.0 mm. Usually mounted into the smaller holes on the rosette thus securing a rightangled scaffold. Serves as a guardrail. Diagonal Brace Hot-dip galvanized steel. Mounted in the holes of the rosette using the integrated wedge couplers and has a bracing effect on the scaffold. Diagonal braces should be placed on at least every fifth section starting with the outer ones. Reinforced Ledger Hot-dip galvanized steel. Ø 48.3 x 3.0 mm. Usually mounted into the smaller holes on the rosette thus securing a rightangled scaffold. Serves as a guardrail. Reinforced to be able to support heavier loads. Intermedia Transom Hot-dip galvanized steel. Ø 48.3 x 3.0 mm. Mounted on top of the Ledger. Used to adjust the span to fit shorter Plank. Bracket Hot-dip galvanized steel. Mounted on the rosette using the integrated wedge coupler. Used to widen the scaffold. Intended for decks with up tube. Plank Hot-dip galvanized steel. Mounted on top of the Transoms/Ledgers and secured with locks against lift-off. Toe Board Wood/hot-dip galvanized steel. Mounted on the toe board pins. Nailed ends to prevent cracks. Rosette/Casting End/Wedge
