Groupeve Melamine foam board is one kind of new environmentally friendly materials, made of melamine resin foam flexible, open porosity up to 99% of the soft thermosetting green foam. Three-dimensional network structure of the material was light, sound absorption, thermal insulation, fire retardant, stability, good low temperature flexibility, good air permeability, strong abrasion resistance, suitable for a wide temperature zone (normal operating temperature: - 180 ~ 200 ℃; withstand the high temperature of 240 ℃ without the deformation during short-term), etc., Due to excellent performance, widely used in industrial, construction, transportation, aviation, and other fields.
The product has the following excellent properties:
1.Sound Absorption
Three-dimensional grid structure and high open degree (the melamine foam: density 10 kg / m3 ,the opening rate of up to 99%), sound waves can be easily into the foam body change into the vibration of the grid ,and be consumed and absorbed, at the same time the reflected wave can be eliminate effectively. Wide audio range with excellent sound absorption properties, in particular, also has a prominent effect on the absorption of low frequency noise. The tests show that: the thickness of 8cm, 315Hz ~ 500Hz frequency low-frequency noise of the absorption coefficient of 0.85 ~ 1.07.
2. The flame-retardant
Groupeve Melamine foam without any flame retardants or other additives, can be achieved by the requirements of the following criteria:
Germany DIN4102 B1 level low flammability material standards;
★ American Insurance Association of the UL94-V0 flame retardant material standards;
★ Pass the EU BS 6853, NF F16-101, the DIN5510 fire certification.
★Meet the China National Standards GB/T8624-2006 Class B (flame retardant grade) flame retardant standards.
Groupeve Melamine foam without any flame retardant, it has its own excellent flame retardant properties in the following three aspects:
★ Rapid carbonization: without flame and flow or drops even contact with open flame, its surface will be carbonized immediately, if we cut off the oxygen, it will slow down the reaction speed.
★ Immediate stop burning when it is away from the fire: open flames, once departed, the foam stops burning immediately without mars, recrudescence.
★ Low smoke density: It is detected that the smoke density rating of this product is less than 15, much lower than similar foam materials, such the foam smoke density rating of flame-retardant polyurethane is less than 75 (standard GB/T8627-2007 GB / T 8627-2007 construction materials burning or decomposition of the smoke density test method). The flue gas is a major factor in the fire cause injury.
3. The thermal insulation

4.The thermal stability
Groupeve Melamine foam is a thermosetting plastic, with highly cross-linked network system, compared with conventional polyethylene, polystyrene, and a lower degree of cross-linked polyurethane foam materials, it has high heat stability and resistance to aging, work stability for a long time between - 180 ° C to 200 ° C temperature zone ,and may withstand the high temperatures of 240 ℃ for a short-term.
5. Low-density
Groupeve Melamine foam volume density is only 4-12kg/m3, which is the most lightweight foam materials currently.

7. Processing
