【Introduction】
ITO solution is a new kind of oil-based heat insulation media solution with an ITO concentration in the range of 10% to 40%. It is made by physical grinding and surface treatment from pure ITO. The solution is stable, well-distributed and able to be mixed with resin solution to produce an ingoranic-organic composite system such as nano coating or nano adhesive. ITO can be dispersed in many solvents such as ethyl acetoacetate, acetone, methylethylketone, toluene, dimethylbenzene, isopropyl alcohol, butyl acetoacetate, methylisobutylketone and so on. And the solution can be applied to all kinds of adhesive used in different solar film layer, such as UV-cured adhesive of antiscratch layer, heat insulation adhesive of laminating layer, and pressure sensitive adhesive of mounting layer. Nano ITO can be used to form high-quality solar film with outstanding optical properties, such as high VLT value, strong NIR cutoff and excellent ability to absorb UV rays.
