Detailed Description
Product quality technical indicator Name: zinc stearate Molecular formula: Zn(C17H35COOH)2 Molecular weight: 631 White fine powder, slippery feeling, combustible, non-toxic and density is 1.095g/cm3. It is not dissolved in water or ethanol but soluble in the organic solvents and acids. After heating and dissolving in organic solvent, it will be become colloidal material under cooling condition; it will be decomposed to stearic acid and zinc salts when reacting with strong acids. Application: 1. For PVC hard products: used as stabilizer and lubricant, it can accelerate the gelatin speed together with the basic lead salt and lead soap. 2. For PE and PP: used as halogen absorbing agent, it can eliminate bad effects of residual catalyst on resin’s color and stability. 3. For polyolefin fiber and plastic model product: used as lubricant and mold-releasing agent. 4. For rubber processing: used as mold-releasing agent, plasticizer, intensifier for lubricating grease, water-proof agent for textiles, flatting agent for pain industry, etc. 5. Also can be used in food additive, feed additive and cosmetics. Packing, storage and transportation 1. 20kg/bag, white paper bag or composite kraft paper bag (inside with PE plastics bag). 2. Should storage and transport under shady, cool and ventilated environment; Avoid acid, alkali and corrosive substance. Keep it away from the humidity, hotness, fire and corrosion.
