With advanced technologies, skilled staff and excellent equipment, we manufacture high-quality multi-ply (EP/NN/CC) conveyor belt, steel cord conveyor belt, chevron conveyor belt, corrugated sidewall conveyor belt, bucket elevator belt, endless conveyor belt and rubber mat/sheet and rubber dam according to different international standards (such as DIN, AS, ISO, BS, JIS, SABS and RMA, etc.). They are popularly applied to the material conveying in coal, mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, harbor, electricity, construction, transportation industry and so on.
Longyuan totally invests USD80 million, and covers a total area of 134800sqm, of which the mixing plant covers 30000sqm, the molding workshop covers 20000sqm, and the vulcanizing workshop covers 15000sqm. Our company has introduced 49 sets of advanced equipment including steel cord conveyor belt production line, flat press production line, mixing production line, rolling production line and laboratory instruments and so on.
