1.Description: “Shengye” capacitor takes heavy-edge metallized Al/Zn film as electrodes and dielectric. The elements are tight winded by high-velocity winders and canned in aluminum cases. Refined castor oil is adopted as impregnation agent treated in vacuum and high temperature condition. Those make a more reliable performance and longer lifespan for a capacitor. Meanwhile the second generation of mechanical anti-explosion design is selected as blast-proof secure measure for our capacitors. The reliability is more affirmatively enhanced. 2. Application: * - Broadly applied as DC-link support /filter / heavy-duty AC filter at 50Hz(60Hz) frequency for in PV inverter, wind power converter, welding machine, industry driver, UPS, SVG for the sake of power factor compensation. * - Broadly applied as impulse generator capacitor at 50Hz(60Hz) frequency for in discharge welding machine, laser power supply, medical equipment, magnetizer for the sake of power factor compensation. * - Broadly applied as snubber or damping high ripple current at 50Hz(60Hz) frequency for to protect IGBT module in frequency/voltage converter.
