Xuzhou Ruiboer Rubber & Plastic Hose Co., Ltd., formerly known as Xuzhou Shunxin Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd, was found in 1998, which is the earliest solely-invested rubber hose producer with the high technology, advanced production equipment and complete quality testing facilities. In Jan 2007, the factory was moved to Chengbei Economic Development Zone. Currently, we have working staff about 150, including 20 more technicians and production management.
With the principle “Quality-Oriented, User First”, the complete management and quality systems, the factory has been rated as the municipal advanced enterprises and advanced units for many years. In 2004, our factory increased investment of 2million, the production capacity reached 1,000,000 meters and the annual value broke through 8 million. With the increased investment 5 million in 2007, the production capacity reached 3,000,000 meters and the annual production value broke out 30 million at the end of the year 2008.Xuzhou Ruiboer has become the large-scale manufacturer of the mid-low pressure rubber hoses in Huaihai Economic Zone.
Now, our main products include water delivery rubber hose, water suction hose, air rubber hose, dredging rubber hose, sand blast rubber hose, acid (alkali) suction and delivery rubber hose, hot water rubber hose and steam hose ,oil resistant and antistatic rubber hose , flanged heavy-duty oil suction and delivery rubber hose, super long hose ,which are widely used in mining, shipbuilding, construction, irrigation, dredging, oil and chemical industry. Our products are sold to more than 20 countries and districts, such as UK, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, Russia, Ukraine, the Middle East, and the south of American and so on, which all have a good reputation. In 2011, our annual export product value has exceeded 12 million RMB.
With the development of the new technology and emergence of the new type of mechanical equipments, many kinds of the of special rubber hoses will be required, such as strong solvents resistant, high temperature resistant, abrasion resistant and the super length rubber hoses.
