Foreword: DSHY7200-I fluorescent UV sulfur analyzer a new generation precision test instrument developed according to chemiluminescence principle and computer technology. It is an advanced sulfur analyzer that be provided with features of wider linear range, stronger interference killing feature, simple operation, stable result etc., and widely applies to petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, coal, food, environmental protection and other zone. The instrument conforms to ASTM D5453, SH/T 0689 etc. Basal principle 1. Operating principle: After be introduced into high-temperature cracking furnace, sulfur in sample shall be translated into sulfur dioxide (SO2) quantitatively via oxicracking, and reactive gas shall be input into fluorescent chamber after dried and dehydrated. In fluorescent chamber, partial sulfur dioxide shall translate into excited sulfur dioxide (SO2*) under irradiation of ultraviolet light. SO2* shall send out photon after transited to ground state. Photoelectron shall translate into electric signal that be in direct proportion to luminous intensity after received by photo multiplier tube, magnified by magnifier and processed by computer. The whole reaction process is denoted as below: R-S+O2 SO2+SO3+CO2+H2O SO2+h SO2*+O2 SO2* SO2 +h* It is possible to detect total sulfur content of sample via measuring fluorescence intensity because fluorescence intensity SO2*generated in reaction is in direct proportion to generating amount of sulfur dioxide, and sulfur dioxide amount is in direct proportion to total sulfur content of sample, under certain condition. Before analyzing sample, please create calibration curve by using standard sample that similar to sample, and then analyze sample under same condition. Program shall calculate sulfur content of sample according to calibration curve of standard sample automatically. 2. Functional diagram: Environment requirement The instrument shall operate normally under following environment requirement: 1. Ambient temperature: 5-30℃, and basically constant. 2. For protecting components from corrosion and short circuit, ambient air shall not contain corrosive gas and large amounts of dust. 3. Operating platform of instrument shall be commodious, excellent ventilation and free from beat of sunlight. Power supply requirement: 1. Power voltage: ~220V±5% 50HZ. 2. Power current: higher than 15A 3KW. 3. Be provided with excellent grounding line, resistance to ground shall not exceed 3. Air source requirement 1. High-purity oxygen: purity 99.99% 2. High-purity argon: purity 99.99% 3. Air circuit adopts dry, clean Teflon tube, copper tube or stainless steel tube, connection among air circuit adopts 2-way or 3-way valve. For ensuring air purity, please clean air circuit with carbinol or acetone and blow-dry it before your Application.
