Product Introduction The Yeast Extract is made from high quality fresh brewer’s yeast. It’s a natural, nutrient and healthy raw material of high-class seasonings. It’s widely applied in many kinds of fast foods, meats, aquatic foods, and health food, etc. The main ingredients are amino acids, peptides, I+G (5’-Inosine Monophosphate and 5’-Guanosine Monophosphate), B-Complex vitamins and many kinds of trace elements. Function: 1. Making the food fragranced plentiful, rich, fruity. Enhance the food to hold the oil and the water, increase the elasticity. Making the food fresh, tasty and refreshing, It can also cover the bad unusual smell. 2. Increase and maintain the fragrance stays. When the yeast extract added, the amount of other seasonings can be suitably reduced, such as: I+G, monosodium glutamate, essence and so on.
