Shandong Yuda Medical Equipment Co., Ltd was established in April 2002, is
a professional company producing medical care and general surgery
equipment such as electric nursing bed, electric operating table,
shadowless operating lamp, medical bed, medical trolley and other medical
equipment series. Since it was established, it has been working hard to
innovate hospital care and surgical equipment. The company has a high-
quality design team, can be designed according to customers' requirement
of scientific and practical, beautiful, medical equipment products. And it
continuously increased investment in production equipment and improved
production technology such as CNC cutting machine, CNC bending machine,
CNC punch and other high-end equipment. At the same period, Company
established industry investment in the largest spraying plastic line and
preliminary treatment equipment in Shandong Province, coating using world
-leading akzo Nobel powder coatings. Then it greatly improve the
production capacity and the quality of the products. The company is
certify that finished customerl???orders on time and according to the
requirement of high quality through optimizing and raw material supply
channels, improve the production process, scientific configuration and
warehouse management etc.
In 2008, the company registered FeiTian Thermosetting Plastic Co., Ltd.
And it bought the most advanced injection molding equipment, can provide
advanced assorted products
To the end of 2008, the company has 249 employees and 170 sets production
equipment, the annual production capacity of nearly 130 million yuan. The
products have covered the domestic various provinces, autonomous regions,
and exported to Europe, North America,the Middle East, Africa, Southeast
Asia and other regions. After continuous efforts and development, the
company has become the largest medical equipment manufacturers in Shandong
Province.
In 2009, the company newly increased registered capital 10 million yuan
and 120 acres land use, and invested 300 million yuan to construct Digital
X-ray machine project in Yanzhou Economic Development Zones. The annual
500 million yuan can be realized after completion and production of this
new project.
In the earlier time of this year, the company passed ISO9001 and ISO13485
double system authentication , and the good atmosphere of the importance
of product quality and the unique management mode has began to take shape
after constantly perfect management system and standard operation in
production practice. Through the whole process of management, to make the
raw material, purchased parts, homemade parts and overall machine
performance can be controled effectively and guaranteed of the quality of
products and services.
About the production technology, from mechanical processing, injection
molding, pressing, panel beating, welding till assembly, test, all of them
have a complete set of processes. The company has strong manufacture
ability with first-class numerical control equipment, injection molding
equipment and testing instruments etc.
