The outer of the IBC is made of high-density corrugated cartoon and the inner is made from sterile food-grade or sterile film bag. A 20’ ISO container may contain two rows and two layers of 250gallon（945 liters）IBC or 220gallon（830 liters）IBC. The 275 gallon（945 liters）IBC is more suitable to 40’ISO container which may containe 20 sets ,place in two rows and one layer . We focus on the 250gallon（945 liters）IBC which enables the 20-foot container loads up to 5,000 gallons (18,900 liters), increases ZY—BULK packaging cost performance and reduce customer logistics transportation costs. Why use IBC IBC makes the most of the container space(close to or reach the largest container loading capacity) ,lower logistics costs; reduce the labor intensity; once loading capacity is 830-1000 liters.; reduce the disposal charge: The materials are all recyclable.
