Hebei Shenzhou Sanshi Rubber and Bakelite Products Factory (previously known as Shenzhou General Machine Tool Accessories Factory), as one of the first private enterprise getting the state manufacturing permit, was founded in 1981.Under the guide of unceasing innovating, our factory has put out many products up to advanced world levers .Our sealing member and mechanism operating pieces with "Sanshi" brand have enjoyed great reputation at home and abroad.
In 2002, our factory invested large amounts of funds in enlarging workshops and purchasing the advanced equipments. Now we possess rubber tooling,rubber smelting, machines,vulcanization equipments, experiment equipments, as well as strict quality control procedures.
Our rubber seals include O--Ring, various oil seals, skeleton oil seals, reinforced oil seal with fabric.Materials available include :NBR,EPDM,NR,ACM,FKM,reclaim rubber,Polyurethane and various foam rubber.we are willing to do according to customers requests.
Mechanism operating pieces include: Bakelite handle, hand wheel, handball, knob and so on. These products are widely used in machinery, machine tool, printing machine, metallurgy, mining industry, food-processing machine, and grain- processing machine,packing machine and so on.
All of our products have the advantage of oil-resistance, acid-resistance, alkali-resistance, abrasion-resistance, high-temperature-resistance, and aging-resistance.
Based on our factories, our products sales net work covers more than 25 provinces at home, and more than 20 countries abroad including America, Japan, Europe, and South-East Asia.
