2. The whole pyrolysis plant carbon black use composite by 14 parts mainly, those are reactor ,driving device ,vertical catalytic chamber,cooling tube,oil and water separator ,condenser ,heavy oil tank ,light oil tank , anti-back fire device vacuum system and dedusting device,draft fan, chimney, carbon black bucket type lifting machine.
3. working process:
1) feed the raw material into furnace automatically or manually, then seal the feed inlet system.
2) heat the reactor by burning the fuel material(coal,or wood,or natural gas ,oil ) in the combustion system .
3)The reactor will slowly become heat ,when the temperature reach around 250 degree Celsius, the oil gas will be formed.
4) After processed by our technology, the oil gas will go to cooling system for cold liquid oil.
5)The gas which can not become liquid under normal pressure , will be desinged to go back to combustion system through safety device instead of the fuel material to burn the reactor, which is environmental friendly and can save you much energyAfter finished oil produce ,the temperation of reacor will be down ,at the same time ,carbon black can be discharged automatically.
6)when the temperature fall down to 100 degree celsius,worker could opened the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire .
7) Then can start to another batch working.

6. Domestic pioneer of this technology:
a. If those gases have been fully burning by the specific designed gas nozzle, they can produce a great amount of energy and economize resources. Take the bunker coal as the example, when there is no fuel gas as combustion-supporting for the equipment, every 24 hours need 1.2 tons coals. After the fuel gas aid combustion, every 24 hour need 0.3 tons coal, which enhances production efficiency in the large scale and reduced the fuel cost?
d. Flue dust catcher system. It matches the bidirectional water impact type tornado dust removal room, and the rate of the flue dust catch is access than 95% .
