Luoyang Shengquan Industrial Co., Ltd., located in High-tech Development Area, Luoyang, was founded in Jili District, Luoyang in 1986 with Luoyang Refinery, formerly known as Luoyang Joint Operation Petrochemical Fittings Factory and renamed as Luoyang Yongding Sealing Element Co., Ltd. With the development of Luoyang High-tech Development Area, our company was moved there.
As a professional company for processing, manufacture and technology development of sealing materials, our
company has powerful technical strength, advanced production equipment, rich manufacturing experience, advanced processing technology and exquisite detection method, and our production scale, technology level and product quality lead the industry.
