Q: Is all toys on web available?
A: Most of the toys are all available and can be shipped in 2 day after payment. But due to the numerous orders we handled every day, some toys will be out of stock sometimes, we will answer your order and inform the earliest availability.
Q: How long it takes to receive the order?
A: We ship in 2 days after payment cleared by EMS and a tracking number will be offered. Most orders take 3-7 days for delivery. We also provide TNT and DHL shipping for emergency order when customers asked for.
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept return in 2 conditions: Product Defects and Delivery Mistake. Returns and exchange are accepted on items that have not been worn, used or washed, with all tags attached. All merchandise has to be in its original plastic wraps. Items returned without original plastic on will be returned to customer. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 7 days of receipt of purchase, You will need to provide us with a tracking number with your return/exchange package.
