Yantai Runkang Steel Casting Co., Ltd, specializes in the production of kinds of high temperature cast pipe, shaped pieces and heat proof, corrosion proof and abrasion proof alloy steel by processes, such as centrifugal casting, lost foam casting, precision casting, etc. ( Diameter of centrifugal casting pipe: φ50mm-φ2000mm. the static casting weight range: 1kg-5000kg) .
The main products including:
1. Petrochemical industry: cracking furnace tube ( ethylene, styrene, crude oil, VCM, etc) and reformer tube ( hydrogen furnace, synthetic ammonia, methanol, etc)
2. Metallurgy industry: steel annealing line, galvanizing line, heating furnace, radiant tube, furnace roller and iron ore direct reduced reformer tube (DRI)
3. Building materials: float line annealing kiln roll, asbestos roll.
Annual output is 10,500 tons of centrifugal casting rube, 800 tons of sand castings and 1500 tons of precision castings.
