Sealing System
The seal system has unique design and it adopts Japan seal ring products of NOK and Busak+Shamban, which can meet the requirements of civil engineering.
Cylinder block
With the change of thickness of the cylinder block and flange, the internal surface of the cylinder has proper strength and size. It is manufactured with tumbling treatment, and it has good rough degree and surface rigidity, which improved the wear resistance.
Piston rod
Based on the high frequency quenching treatment, hard chrome and nickel plating, the anti-rust, wear resistance, and anti-scarring capability of the piston rod gets improved.
Safety
Various kinds of valves can be easily installed with various functions like slow return stroke, counting balance, and emergent shutdown according to the needs. And there is buffering device mounted inside the cylinder which can absorb the compact at the stroke end.

YGD series hydraulic cylinder
YGC and YGD series of tie bar hydraulic cylinder are developed based on Parker and Rexroth technologies. YGC is differential cylinder, and YGD is cylinder of constant speed.
The displacement sensor can bear the work conditions of high temperature, high pressure and heavy impact. The cylinders are mainly used in machine tools, woodworker, rubber machinery, steel equipment, plastic injection machine, die casting machine, and offshore/on board installation.
YGC-YGD Electro-hydraulic Servo Cylinder
There are two types:
1. Hydraulic cylinder with proximity switch: there is a inductive proximity switch mounted inside the front and back cylinder head. The switch can provide indication when the cylinder is fully out extended or withdrawal. The work temperature of this device is -35~+80°C, and the dynamic pressure on the sensing surface can be up to 30 MP under the sealing pressure.
2.Hydraulic cylinder with magnetostrictive linear displacement sensor and servo valve block: the magnetostrictive linear displacement sensor used by GC series of hydraulic cylinder has non-mechanical touch and no position limit, and the work pressure can be up to 35MPa.
