FeCl2 ≤2%；
Insoluble matter in water ≤1.5%Properties: strong humidity--absorbability, and can produce its dihydrate and hexahydrate. Easy soluble in water, ethanol,acetone, also in liquid sulfur dioxide, ethylamine, aniline; but insoluble in glycerol, or phosphorus trichloride. Its aqueous solution is acidic.
