Detailed Description

Chemical name: Dihydrocalcium Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate. M. F.: Ca(H2PO4)2.H2O Physical properties: White crystalline powder or flaked crystalloid.  Specific gravity: 2.220.  It may lose crystal water when heated to 109. Soluble in Hydrochloric Acid and Nitric Acid, and slightly soluble in water (1.8%,30). It commonly contains free Phosphoric Acid and features hygroscopicity. Its water solution is acidic.  Quality standard: (HG2927-1999 FCC-) Usage: In feed industry, it is used as leavening agent, dough regulator, buffer, modifier, solidification agent, nutritional supplement, chelate agent, flulty agent for bakery. Fermenting agent for buffer, fruit acid solidification in bread and cracker, yeast food, modifier in meat organization To improve saccharification and fermentation in brewery.
