Comparing with normal mold, there is an additional plates for normal mould which will pull off the nozzle material automatically while depound. Point gate mould is often used for the products with strict standards, such as no obvious gatemark allowed. The main gate of point gate mould is very small so it is also called fine nozzle mold. Point gate mould is comparatively more difficult than two plate mold. It is often used in small plastic part.
