Description: The ball fiber machine filling machine line is mainly used for polyester fiber producing and filling into pillow, cushion and sofa etc. It is assembled by one balling machine unit, fiber transporter and silo, one filling device. The whole line is controlled by PLC system that can be handled by 2 operators; one of them works for raw material feeding and another for the filling device. Raw material works directly to the ball fiber machine that can be 3D, 7D and 15D conjugate siliconized polyester fiber; 32mm fiber works also. · By 2 pin balling roller, the finished fiber ball is more elasticity, good hand feeling and beautiful; without hurting the silicon. The fiber ball size can be adjusted from the control system according to the processing time. The filling weight can be controlled by the weighing system with tolerance about 30g each. The key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens, Omron and Schneider. Professional roller balance processing; Automatic clamp and simple operation, so that no special skill requirement for the operator.
