Description: The ball fiber filling machine line is specialized in fiber balling and filling into bags. The suitable material can be 3D, 7D and 15D and length can be 32mm, 51mm and 64mm. Both plastic bag and woven bag work in this line. Double pin balling rollers make the fiber machine more even, elastic and fluffy; the finished production is good shaped, flat and good elasticity, long life. Equipment: Bale opener-Fiber distributor-Feeding hopper- Ball fiber machine—Distributor—Silo—Distributor—Double slot filling device The whole line is controlled by PLC control system that can be handled by only 1 operator with simple operation.
